Welcome to the Loqenara platform (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”).

By using our website, registering on the Platform, or purchasing any course/learning path, you agree to be bound by these terms (“Terms of Use”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

Platform: The Loqenara website and its digital services, including the website itself and any other online applications or services we provide.
User / You: Any person who accesses the Platform, creates an account, or purchases a service/course.
Content: Courses, videos, texts, audio materials, quizzes, files, and any other educational materials.
Instructors and Partners: Universities, experts, course owners, or entities that collaborate with us to provide educational content through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in accordance with the laws applicable in your country.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity (such as a company, university, or institution), you are legally authorized to represent that entity.

Loqenara reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Account Creation and Use

You may need to create an account in order to access certain services on the Platform or to purchase courses.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Loqenara reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

4. Age Requirements

The Platform is primarily intended for adults and for users who are legally permitted to use online services and electronic payments under the laws of their country.

If you are considered a minor under the laws of your country, you may only use the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Educational Services and Content

Loqenara provides localized and dubbed educational content from leading universities, experts, and institutions.
We do not guarantee that the content is suitable for every purpose or that it matches any official curriculum in a specific country.
Certificates of completion issued by the Platform reflect that a learner has completed the requirements of a course/learning path, but they are not considered official academic or professional qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The courses and learning paths are intended to support learning and professional development, but they do not, by themselves, guarantee a job, promotion, university admission, or any specific academic/professional outcome; such results depend on many factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any course/content from the Platform at any time.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Prices

Prices are clearly displayed on course and plan pages and may vary depending on the course or promotional offers.
Taxes or payment processing fees may be added depending on your country or chosen payment method.

6.2 Single-Course Plan

When you purchase a single course, you receive full access to all of its content for 12 months from the subscription date, as stated on the course page.
During this period, you may revisit the content and review the lessons at any time.
After this period ends, your access to the course will stop unless access is extended or re-purchased according to the options we provide at that time.

6.3 Learning Path Plan (Subscription)

Under a monthly learning path subscription, you receive access to the courses included in that learning path for as long as your subscription remains active.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period, after which your access will automatically stop and no further charges will be made.

6.4 Free Trials

We may offer free units or lessons from courses, or trial periods for subscriptions, as indicated on the website.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any free trial at any time.

6.5 Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.5.1 First: Single-Course Purchases (Single-Course Plan)

When you purchase a paid single course, you receive full access to all of its content for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Payments made under the Single-Course Plan are non-refundable once payment has been completed and full access to the content has been granted.
Before purchasing, we provide a trial portion of the course (such as the first unit or a selection of introductory lessons). By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the teaching style and dubbing quality and that the course is suitable for you.

6.5.2 Second: Learning Path Subscription (Monthly/Annual)

When you subscribe for the first time to a learning path, you receive a 7-day free trial starting from the date your subscription is activated.
During this trial period, you may cancel at any time without any charges, through your account page / “My Purchases” section on the Platform. If cancellation occurs within the first seven days, no amount will be charged to your payment method.
If you do not cancel your subscription during the 7-day free trial, the subscription fee for the selected billing period (monthly or annual) will be automatically charged to your payment method, and you will receive full access to the learning path content for that paid period.
Once the paid period has started and the fee has been charged, payments for that period are non-refundable. However, you may stop automatic renewal of your subscription at any time; in that case, your access to the content will remain active until the end of the current paid period, with no further renewals or additional charges.

6.5.3 Third: Technical Exceptions

If a persistent technical issue on Loqenara’s side prevents you from accessing the content or materially benefiting from the service, and it is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe after you contact customer support, Loqenara may—at its reasonable discretion—offer an extension of your access period, or a partial or full refund of the amount related to that period.
Issues arising from your personal device, internet connection, or individual technical settings are not considered automatic grounds for refunds.

7. Content You Provide

The Platform may allow you to post comments, questions, reviews, or upload files in forums or learning spaces. By doing so, you:

Acknowledge that the content is your own creation or that you have the legal right to use and publish it.
Grant Loqenara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use this content (with attribution to you where appropriate) for the purposes of operating, improving, and marketing the Platform.
Warrant that the content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights and does not violate applicable laws or public morals in the United Arab Emirates.

Loqenara reserves the right to remove any content it deems offensive or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform and its Content (including, without limitation, design, logo, educational materials, texts, videos, dubbing, translations, software, and similar elements) are owned by Loqenara or by our partners, editors, and instructors, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are permitted to use the Content for your personal educational purposes only, in accordance with the plan you subscribed to.
Under no circumstances may you:
- Copy, download, record, or republish courses, videos, or dubbing.
- Share your login details with any third party.
- Sell, redistribute, or make the Content available for public use outside the Platform without prior written consent from Loqenara.

Any unauthorized use may subject you to legal liability and result in the immediate termination of your account without compensation.

9. User Conduct and Academic Integrity

You agree to:

Not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or morally offensive purpose.
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or circumvent any security features of the website.
Not post or send any abusive, racist, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content through any of the Platform’s channels.
Not use the Platform to send advertisements or unsolicited messages (Spam).

Academic integrity:

You must not cheat or impersonate another learner in exams, assignments, or quizzes.
You must not buy, sell, or share assignment or exam solutions, whether publicly or privately.
You must not use automated tools to attend lessons or complete quizzes on your behalf.

Loqenara has the right to block or delete any content it deems in violation of these rules, and to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or violate academic integrity, including cancelling any related certificates of completion.

10. Links to External Websites

The Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided solely for your convenience. We do not assume any responsibility for the content, practices, or privacy policies of those websites. Your use of such websites is at your own risk.

11. No Professional Advice

The content provided through Loqenara is general educational/training content and does not constitute:

Legal, medical, or financial advice, or
Personal professional advice.

You should not rely on it alone to make critical decisions without consulting qualified professionals in the relevant field.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties regarding its complete suitability for all purposes, or its being entirely free of errors or interruptions.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality of the content, dubbing, and learning experience, but we do not guarantee specific results for any User (such as obtaining a job, promotion, university admission, or a particular income).
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Loqenara, its partners, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Platform or your inability to use it.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loqenara, its shareholders, employees, and partners from and against any claims, actions, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your breach of these Terms of Use; or
Your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Platform or the Content; or
Your violation of any third party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights).

14. Termination of Service or Account

Loqenara reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform, or any part of it, or to terminate any User account at any time if it deems this necessary, particularly in cases of misuse or breach of these Terms.
You may request closure of your account at any time via the “Contact Us” page or through your account settings (where available).
Termination of your account does not release you from any outstanding financial obligations incurred prior to the date of termination.

15. Privacy and Cookies Policy

By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Please read those policies carefully alongside these Terms.

16. Compliance with Local Laws in the United Arab Emirates

Loqenara is committed to operating in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including laws relating to data protection, anti–money laundering, and the prevention of illegal or morally offensive content.

You agree not to use the Platform for any activity that would be considered a violation of the laws and regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates, including—but not limited to—publishing or sharing content that incites hatred or violence, insults religions, or violates public morals.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Platform is operated from the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.

18. Governing Language

These Terms of Use may be made available in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Arabic version shall prevail and shall be the legally binding version.
