Dubbing & Quality
We use AI technologies to generate dubbing in the instructor’s own voice and style, then Arabic editors and subject-matter experts review the Arabic script, refine the language, standardize scientific terms across the course, and ensure cultural relevance—so the final Arabic version is clear, consistent, and high quality.
Yes. Our goal is to keep the instructor’s original voice and delivery as much as possible, with lip movements synchronized to the dubbing for a natural viewing experience.
Dubbing is done in simple, clear Modern Standard Arabic to keep it understandable and educational.
In some courses, written captions may be available on screen alongside the video. Where applicable, this is indicated on the course page.
You can contact us via the “Contact Us” page, mentioning the course name, lesson name/number, and the time stamp in the video where the issue appears, and we’ll review it as part of our quality improvements.
On-Platform Experience
You can try the first unit or a set of introductory lessons for free in some standalone courses, as well as in selected courses within specialized learning paths, as indicated on each course page.
When you purchase a course, you get full access to all of its content for the access period specified on the course page.
When you purchase a specialized learning path, you get access to all courses included in that path according to the details shown on the learning path page.
The level of each course or specialized learning path, as well as any prerequisites, is clearly stated on its page before you enroll.
Yes. You can follow courses in your browser from a computer, phone, or tablet.
We recommend a stable internet connection for smooth video playback. You can adjust video quality or playback speed from the video player. Courses are available for online streaming only; downloading lessons or viewing them offline is not supported.
Yes. All courses are pre-recorded, so you can watch them whenever and wherever it suits you, with no fixed schedule.
Certificates
All courses on the Platform include a certificate, which is included in the purchase price and is automatically issued once you meet the completion/passing requirements (such as completing the course and/or passing the assessment, where applicable). The certificate is issued in the name of the partner educational institution.
For specialized learning paths, certificates depend on the partner: you receive a certificate for each course within the path upon completion, and in some cases there may also be a certificate for the learning path/program itself for certain partners only.
The types of certificates available are clearly indicated on each course page and specialized learning path page (in the “Certificates” section).
Each certificate includes a certificate number or identifier and a QR code for verification, allowing any party to confirm the certificate’s authenticity and status. Verification can be carried out through a dedicated verification page on the Loqenara platform.
The certificate is official, issued in the partner’s name, and verifiable; however, whether it is accepted by other entities (employers, universities, professional bodies, etc.) depends on their own policies.
Pricing, Payments & Policies
You can purchase a single course or a set of courses within a specific specialization (a specialized learning path). The details of each course or specialized learning path, and the content included in it, are clearly shown on the course page or the learning path page before payment.
The access duration varies depending on the course or specialized learning path and is clearly stated on the course page or the learning path page before payment.
When you purchase a course or specialized learning path, you receive full access to all of its content for the specified access period, during which you can watch and review the lessons at any time from any device.
Once the access period ends, your access to the course or specialized learning path will stop unless you purchase new access, as indicated on the Platform.
Available payment methods (such as bank cards and online payment options) are shown on the checkout page during purchase and may differ by country.
When you purchase any course, you receive full access to all its content immediately after payment. For this reason, payments are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. For full details, please refer to the Terms of Use and the Cancellation & Refund Policy on our website.
